I have 22 years experience leading Indigenous media organisations in Central Australia. My management strengths are in operations, strategic planning and implementation and financial management. I have also led the development of innovative operating systems and workflows.
Over a 15-year period from 2008 to 2023, I have grown a small not-for-profit company (ICTV) with a starting budget of $40,000, no staff and no operating platform, into a multi-platform, nationally available Indigenous owned and managed television service.
At the time of leaving ICTV in early 2023, the organisation had achieved Indigenous leadership, an annual budget of over $3 million, a monthly news and current affairs service in Indigenous languages, a staff of 16, over 50% Indigenous employment, an out outside broadcast truck, a fully operational television studio and a solid reputation for successfully delivering project outcomes.
Over the last 20 years I have also produced and executive produced many videos and television series for ICTV and for national broadcast.

2018 - Churchill Fellowship Award
2007 - Highly Commended, Annual HREOC Human Rights Medals and Awards for project (Voices from the Heart of a Nation)
2002 – Telstra Businesswoman of the Year Award
