I have an extensive professional background in media management and production.

My experience encompasses video and audio production, for broadcast, streaming and other platforms.

My knowledge is inclusive of television broadcasting and media management.

I have an extensive background producing video content in Central Australia, including  producing, writing and directing. Genres have included television campaigns, children's television series, television news and general factual content.

I have demonstrated capacity to produce quality content and to approach media production in a culturally sensitive way.  Other skills include:

• Advice on crewing, casting, equipment hire and location services
• Production budgeting
• Television and radio campaign management
• Review of communications and content strategies.

Audio production experience includes producing the five-part podcast and radio series - 'Great Cooks of the Desert' and broadcasting a one-hour fortnightly radio on show on 8CCC Community Radio in Alice Springs.

During my time at PAW Media & Communications, I also managed the PAW Radio Network.

I am able to offer customised strategic planning for your organisation following a structured process which  will result in a relevant, accessible and usable strategic plan.  I have produced strategic plans in-house as well as for external clients.

Having worked in the Indigenous broadcasting sector for over 20 years, I have a good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements, and have overseen ACMA licencing for many RIBS sites, as well as ICTV. 

I also have a good technical foundation knowledge 

I have demonstrated strategic communication and content development skills that are audience-driven.

I have extensive experience working with graphic designers, web developers, animators and video producers to produce engaging and effective content.

My work over the past 22 years has also required high levels of community engagement and consequently I have a well-developed network in remote Indigenous communities across Australia.
